WHAT IS THE TELECONSULTATION SERVICE?

The teleconsultation service is available for patients who cannot attend their appointments in person.

HOW CAN I ACCESS THIS SERVICE?

To schedule a teleconsultation, the patient must schedule the appointment by calling the phone number in Cali (558) 00-00, or by scheduling the appointment through the " Schedule your appointment! " section*.

WHAT PLATFORM IS USED FOR TELECONSULTATION?

Currently, the teleconsultation service is available for users of Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, WhatsApp, and Zoom.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE TELECONSULTATION?

A payment link will be sent to your email and/or WhatsApp address where you can make the payment. Once the payment is confirmed, the doctor will call you.
